How do I cancels an order?
If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call +90 850 755 023 30 or email@example.com to inform. You would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.
If it is too late to cancel your delivery, please call the Nitro Customer Service contact centre on+90 850 755 023 30 to discuss an exchange or refund.
Where Can I return a order?
There are 2 ways to return a product:
Store: Whether you bought it in store, online or over the phone, all of our products can be returned to a Nitro Online Shop. For Online Only automotive electronics and purchases made using PayPal or Your Plan Credit, please arrange for a collection with our aftersales team +90 850 755 02 30
Please note: our stores are unable to process a return for Online Only automotive electronics or when you have paid online with Your Plan Credit, and for PayPal orders our stores can only offer an exchange or gift card.
Over the phone: You can also arrange free product collection and refund, alternatively exchange or repair, by calling the Nitro Customer Services contact centre on +90 850 755 02 30
An unwanted, faulty, damaged or incorrect product can be returned within different time period, please check the return policy.

Returning over the phone
If you cannot make it to a store or get online, web and phone purchases can be returned over the phone. Please call +90 850 755 02 30 to speak to our customer services team to discuss a refund or exchange. Please have your order number to hand to speed up the process
Orders that have been paid are sent to the recipient’s address on the same day **(in extra special cases, this period can be extended by two business days at the latest.**
If u want to cancel after the order has passed, your product should’nt shipped. To cancel the order, you must contact the mobile central in the communication section or provide information via e-mail.
Except for these conditions, 35% of the product price paid to the company is deducted by considering the return conditions and the return process is completed on the channel from which the payment is received.
The conditions to return a product is subject to the following mustly:
- You may return the products you bought without destroying, using them and without re-affordability of the product, by stating the reason within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
- Used, unpacked, destroyed, etc. Products in the form cannot be returned.
- There is no right of withdrawal for the goods prepared in accordance with the buyer’s requests and / or his personal needs clearly.
- The return of the product with should be done with the original packaging.
- In cases where the product to be returned isn’t possible to issue a return invoice and a return invoice on behalf of our company, the invoice and delivery note of the product must be returned together with the original. In cases where the return invoice or invoice and shipment originals cannot be provided, VAT, etc., arising from this. financial liabilities are deducted from the price to be returned.
- Any writing, opening, distortion, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, etc. on the product and its packaging. In cases where the situations are determined and the product cannot be returned as it was delivered to the customer, the product isn’t returned and its price is not refunded.
- For the shipments made in cases suitable for return conditions, the transportation cost will be paid by the customer.
- The products to be returned must be sent to us by the shipping companies to which you have sent your order.
